Yummy neck and shoulder releaseThis 30min flow is a treat for your neck and shoulders. Most of us hold tension and stress there and rarely take the time to relax, stretch and release the blockages. We'll start on the floor with neck strengtheners and deep release, move to a flowing standing sequence to release the shoulders and then end with some self-massage for the neck.
Energising prenatal flowWelcome mama yoginis! This 30min flow will help you be in touch with your baby, feel energised and strong. We'll start with a short meditation to then move with our breath in a slow but deep practice, to open and energise all body parts.
