Laurence and Gaetane Gilliot (yes, two sisters) create a safe & quiet space that will allow you to reconnect to yourself through daily Yoga, Meditation, applied Mindfulness and a heart-felt community.
The magical Om Waters is a unique floating retreat space in Northern Thailand surrounded by a tranquil lake and lush green jungle.
Laurence and Gaetane Gilliot are two sisters from Belgium who are both passionate about mindfulness and transformation.
Laurence has been facilitating Yoga Retreats and Teacher Trainings for the past 6 years in Asia and Europe. She is passionate about creating a safe space for people to explore their inner life, embrace emotions and connect with like-minded community.
Gaetane is an Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Facilitator (MBSR) who introduces mindfulness to individuals and companies in Belgium. She has a real gift to lead meditation and bring people into a calm space.
Waking up with the beautiful sun light over the mountains of the Sirilanna National Park, we will start each day with meditation and yoga. Yoga in the morning will be focussed on waking up the body and create flow and aliveness in all parts of the body.
After our morning practice, we will enjoy eating our breakfast mindfully, partly in silence to full taste the food.
This will lead us into the morning session which is an introduction and Applied practice of Mindfulness. We will explore together how we can use mindfulness to really touch life in the present, worry less, enjoy more, deal with emotion in a more skilful way and how to engage in the world with more awareness, compassion and kindness.
In the afternoon, we can take some time to swim, kayak, relax, nap, or do whatever you feel like doing!
In the afternoon, we will meet again at 4pm for a Gentle and Restorative Yoga practice to relax and restore the nervous system.
In the evening, we will have some activities together under the moon light and the stars.
7:00 - 9:30: Meditation and Yoga
9:30 - 11:00: Breakfast
11:00 - 1:00: Applied mindfulness for purposeful living
1:00 - 4:00: Mindful lunch and free time
4:00 - 6:00: Gentle restorative yoga
6:00 - 8:00: Mindful dinner
8:00 - 10:00: Evening activity to prepare for sleep (meditation, relaxation, etc.)
